Capital Region Orthopaedics mission is tripartite, each part contributing with the others toward the primary goal of orthopaedic surgery: the preservation and restoration of human motion.

- Teaching and Education: through various means, a propagation and expansion of orthopaedic knowledge to surgeons and residents, primary care providers, allied health professionals, patients, and the public-at-large.
